At the heart of San Diego Forward: The Regional Plan is a simple vision statement. To achieve that vision, the SANDAG Board has adopted three general goals. To achieve those goals – we need to be very specific. Those specifics are the policy objectives for San Diego Forward: The Regional Plan. They are the measurable actions that SANDAG, our local governments, and the entire region can take to fuel a vibrant economy, protect the environment, and maintain our quality of life.
