The draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2021 Regional Plan was circulated for public review and comment from August 27 through October 11, 2021. View the Public of Notice of Availability: English | Español. Responses to comments on the draft EIR were published on November 30, 2021. The SANDAG Board of Directors is scheduled to consider certification of the final EIR and adoption of the proposed final 2021 Regional Plan on December 10, 2021.
